Initially developed in 2009, Cheakamus Crossing is one of Whistler’s newest neighbourhoods. Originally constructed as the athlete’s village during the 2010 Winter Olympics, the neighbourhood incorporates a large cross section of single homes, townhomes and condominiums.
And the neighbourhood continues to grow with land parcels being developed on an on-going basis as new phases are opened up. A mixture of “employee only” and “open market” housing, there is a definite community and family feel throughout this very “local” neighbourhood.
